The M600 White Tortie is a beautiful pen. The combination of honey-gold tortoiseshell and white body with gold trim does it for me. I picked this one up secondhand from the nib smith Dan Smith. I really wish Pelikan would release a M800 version of this model.
This nib is a bit problematic - it has a slight "babies bottom" that causes hard starting of various degrees depending on the combination of ink and paper. I should get this defect polished out one day.
I particularly enjoy the shape of Franklin Christoph bottles, the wide opening makes it very easy to fill my larger pens.
Classic Black is a pretty straight up and down black, the writing sample suffers from the ordinary nib performance.
