Pelikan M200 Blue Marbled, M250 14K 0.7mm CI, inked with Noodler's Baystate Concord Grape

My M200 Blue Marbled fountain pen is a real workhorse. It never gives me any trouble even though it cops are the sparkly and ‘harsh’ inks.

This nib arrived in my collection on the same day as the M200 Blue Marbled. This superb 0.7mm cursive italic started my fascination with Richard Binder ground nibs and was the first of eleven nibs custom ground by him that I own.

Baystate Blue gets all the comments but this is the other ink in the range. It does not have vibrance of the Blue but it is a nice bright violet. This ink exhibits slight shading and zero sheen from this cursive italic nib.
