Pelikan M101N Tortoiseshell Brown Special Edition, M101N 14K Broad, inked with Franklin-Christoph Tenebris Purpuratum 276

The oldest of my four M101N pens comes into rotation for the 14th time in almost 5½ years of being in my possession.

A nice juicy broad nib that bears the ye olde time pelikan markings but is only 2½ years old.

Tenebris Purpuratum (what's with the name? - latin apparently) is dark purple that is an interesting but underwhelming colour. It is highly saturated when wet and shades pretty well from this broad nib but dries to a matt dusty look on 52gsm Tomoe River paper. I cannot detect any sheen whatsoever.
