My only sterling silver pen returns to the rotation. The M625 Red is a weighty pen with solid metal grip and blind cap.

I do like a fully rhodium plated nib. The silver look is more to my taste than the two-tone nib especial when the pen has silver furniture.

There is a fine line between the colour burgundy and the colour red-brown. I had though Diamine Strauss to be a burgundy colour, though on this occasion the writing sample leans browner. This ink exhibits some shading, but no sheen is evident in the writing sample.
