One Pelikan out, another Pelikan in. This pen has several names, I formally call it the M600 Blue Demonstrator, it is also know in my collection as the pen that Supa-glue fixed. This pen is a bit of a mystery. Pelikan pen history sites reference this model, colour, and trim as being made for Sony (2500 made), though knowing manufacturers, they never just make the exact number for the order so this is more likely a leftover that was later sold to the US market. I bought it second hand and it arrived snapped in two. Luckily the break was clean so Supa-glue to the rescue and it is still going strong.
I have lots of M600 Medium nibs - medium is probably my least favourite size of nib as it so in-between. This particular nib performs without fault and you can't ask anything more of it.
Yet another of my many De Atramentis scented inks, this is Sea Breeze, which smells like a 70s cologne or maybe a brand of suntan oil we used to have. It's quite a pleasant smell (better than most of my Noodler's inks).
The colour of this is Atlantik (Atlantic) Blue. I live on the Pacific and our ocean is a brighter blue that this. It has a bit of grey to the colour that may reflect the storm-tossed Atlantic. An OK colour I suppose, though with no shading it lacks interest.
